Aloha and Welcome to your vacation rental.

We ask that you kindly observe the following House Rules:

SHOES: Please remove shoes before entering, as it is customary in Hawaii. This will prevent bringing in dirt and sand, which would damage the tile floors and furniture.

Please wash off all sand before showering in indoor shower. This will prevent plumbing problems. Thank you!!!

NO SMOKING INDOORS.

FURNITURE: Please do not move the indoor furniture as this damages the floors. Please do not use the indoor furniture when wet or sandy and do not take the lanai furniture to the beach or bring into the house.

Note: Surfboards/sporting equipment are to be left outside.

USE OF GRILL: Please do not dispose of charcoal and ashes in the yard. Put them in a sealed bag and dispose in the garbage.

SECURITY: You are responsible for the contents of the house. Lock windows and doors when you leave. Remember to set the alarm. Note: If you set off the alarm accidentally, call Rebecca promptly at (808) 227-7092 so she can notify the police. If the police are dispatched, there will be a $50 charge that may be taken out of your deposit.

QUIET ENJOYMENT: PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!! Please respect your neighbor's security, privacy and peace of mind. No excessive noise after 9pm.

GARBAGE: Garbage is picked up EARLY on Tuesday and Friday mornings. The receptacle should be set out the night before onto the street near the mailbox. Recyclables can be taken to Sunset Beach Elementary School.

CLEAN-UP: Please wash dishes and bag garbage. It may not be possible for someone to come in and clean immediately and we don't want to attract critters.

CHECKOUT: Please call me prior to checkout so that we can make arrangements regarding keys and your security deposit refund.

SAFETY: Please observe all posted signs regarding the dangerous surf and shore breaks during the winter months. Do not park or walk under full coconut trees.
